  • When I got to my room the shower head was leaking. I knew that the park MGM was going thru renovations so I called downstairs to see if they could send maintenance up to fix the problem. When I got back to the room, the shower head was fixed but then the toilet was now not functional and had piss all over the toilet seat. No one from my group had used the bathroom to pee. I immediately called downstairs and they moved me to another room and whoever I spoke to assured me that She would take care of all of my resort fees for the inconveniences. I was okay. Next day I wake up to try and get ready and what happens? The shower shuts off on me mid shower. I call downstairs and find out that they had to shut off the water for the floor I am on. I am livid and the only solution they could offer was for them to hold another room or move me again to a lower floor. I had one more night there so I asked them what else they could do. She said that she could take care of my resort fee and I am fuming. I asked the girl why my fees weren't taken care of already and much to my amazement, the first girl only took care of 1 day of resort fees. The second girl confirmed. I tell her do what she can. I go downstairs to talk to the manager and all the manager could do was slap on a $100 f&b credit to say sorry for all the inconveniences. I'm okay with that. Last night me and my friends go out and use the $100 f&b credit for dinner. We have a good time. Now come time for check out, the desk guy tells me I have to pay something when clearly NOTHING was noted about past incidents. I let him know of all the situations and eventually he got me back what I paid for the resort fees and taxes and also got the $100 f&b credit applied... I will NOT be staying at this establishment ever and I am still angered that all of this happened in a span of a 2 night stay. Get yourselves together and work on customer service. I know it was a preview but the customer service was PISS POOR.
