  • This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts. Don't expect fresh, don't expect even a modest variety. I have never been here at 7:00am, but try to get donuts (novel idea) late morning and you will be greeted with single donuts of a poor variety. The donuts are stale. They seem more concerned about controlling stale than sales. I cannot believe that out of the half dozen times I have visited, every single time it is the same experience. Absolutely horrible food product, capped by ever-changing poor customer service. If this is not a franchise, DD needs to fix this. It is well known in Lakewood not to expect good donuts here. Bypass this place and visit Donut Pantry on Madison. They are a long term Lakewood establishment with fresh product and friendly service.
