I love this gym. I was a member of 24 Hour for years and have been to many of their gyms and am glad I made the switch. I am really impressed with the atmosphere here. It's a really laid back place. It's a meat head free zone. They basically spell that out right on the wall. It is rare to run into a gym d bag here. The clientele varies from many beginners to the experienced.
The gym is laid out very well with rows of neatly organized machines leading up to the free weights and cable machines. There are tvs stretched out across the room for all the cardio nuts to stay entertained. In the back is a 30 minute zone where you base your workout on a red light, green light system, hopping from one machine to the next.
I got to know the General Manager today. He's really nice. I also met with one of the trainers 2 weeks ago to try out their workout plans they put together for you. I could have done this myself from my many years of working out and reading, but I wanted to let someone else take control of my workout on what they think I should do. So far I'm really impressed. Before I was really not pushing myelf, the trainer has a program that is now kicking my butt. I am so impressed I'm going to have my mom get a training guide made for her.
Staff is always friendly, gym and bathrooms are clean, it is only $10 a month and the hours are great.
