  • I'm a fresh hire with Home Depot and came in for orientation today. During our twenty minute break, out of curiosity, I decided to browse around the appliance section just to get an idea of the layout of the department (I'll be at another store, but the layouts are all similar). I was met by Alice and she spoke with me for a bit, explained to me how the department functions and gave me a basic rundown on what I would be required to do as an appliance sales associate. She then explained to me, as if I was a customer, how I would go about ordering and shipping different appliances. She is a very informed sales associate and a great person just in general. She is definitely a great part of The Home Depot's staff.
