This is the second time that they didn't have the car that I ordered. There is always an excuse, we are so busy, the car got in an accident, it's not in the system. What's the point of "reserving" a car? On top of that they could of cared less. Don't try and make things right, it is what it is. I was driving out of state and didn't want to take our car, so I rented the Nissan Versa, but as soon as I got in it and started driving I could feel how cheaply it was made and the lack of comfort it had, so I took it back and ended up taking my own car. The same guy who I rented it from makes a comment well "you've had it for less than an hour, so we won't charge you." They mess up, they give me a crappy car, and now I feel so special because you aren't going to charge me for the 45 minutes I had the car. SMH.
I think this rental location has lost it's customer service concerns because it is busy all the time. Too bad because it is close to home.
