Review is not only for this location but also for the company as a whole. Would not allow me to return a brand new never been worn watch. It was sent to me through Kay.com and shipping ate up most of the 30 day return policy. First call to customer care seemed great and they said to take it to the store as soon as possible to get it taken care of. I drove to the store right away. Man working inside said that we needed to call back to customer care to get a code for what I was told. (Why is that my job? But ok) he got on the phone and spoke to customer care also. Then I called. Sudden change of attitude that even though the watch is new in the box with tag and all paperwork...now there is no possible way to process a return even if it was 31 days because that's just policy and we can't help you.
Didn't even offer to exchange for something I might be happy with. Didn't offer any suggestions at all. Just continued to explain that they could not and would not be doing anything for us. Sooo now we have a $600 Movado Smartwatch paper weight because once they have your money, Kay Jewelers doesn't actually care about your business. They continued to talk over me, didn't answer any of my questions, and acknowledge that though this watch is in the exact same condition it was in before they sold it, none of that matters. Shady business practices. Don't care about customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT KAY EVER!! Kay/Jared/Zales/Weisfield/Kay Outlets.... Signet Jewelers doesn't care about their customers. This store is a fantastic example of that.
