  • Fantastic experience. I'm new to Arizona and needed to establish a relationship with a veterinary practice. My dog's ear infection was the perfect opportunity to "interview" AHL. Wonderful people and treatment from making the appointment, which I got the same day I called, to checking out. Lydia is fabulous and provided me with a lot of very valuable information about what to watch out for when you have dogs in the Phoenix area, i.e., toads and rattle snakes, heatstroke, etc. Dr. Watson was great, and in addition to dealing well with my dog's ear issue, was kind enough to discuss some issues involving my two other dogs also. Alexis, the tech was gentle and professional. I really like that they provide a treatment plan (estimate) in writing. This gave me an opportunity to review each of the charges, including those I added for heartworm testing and preventive medications. While checking out, I was given a small handout which had addresses of various emergency animal hospitals in the area, including contact information and maps. We have most definitely found our new vet!
