We use to love Grazie. Have gone there about 10 times over the last years. But this has really gone down hill. They tried to expand throughout the Valley but the owner does not have real good business operations sense. His wife brings that to the table but the operational management was farmed out to the owners daughter in DC Ranch and it failed miserably. We went back to the Old Town (original) location last Friday at 4 PM and it was deserted. We wanted to sit at the bar and enjoy a couple of the great Italian wines, but the bar was covered with paperwork and there was nowhere to really sit there. The doors were propped wide open even though it was only in the 50s outside. There were no visible service staff, only the owner Maurizio. We walked around to see where we'd want to sit but he didn't even acknowledge us. We were in there about 5 minutes and never got the sense that the place was even open we decided to leave and go to another pizza place. That place was hopping. The two places are day and night at all levels. Well to be perfectly honest, Maurizio still has the better wine selection, but other than that I can't recommend Grazie. By the way, the Website and the sign out front advertise that they're open from 11 AM to 10 PM Daily but you'd never know it.
