  • AutoZone put me through so many trials and tribulations just to get a quart of oil for my car. Their computer wasn't able to tell me what kind of oil that My car took so I had to go get my owners manual, and research it myself. I have a VW. Not certain why it was so hard. They said based on regional laws or something they couldn't even help me put in the oil. They weren't rude or anything. They just weren't helpful. So rather than demerit them because of the lack of resources they have with their computers I would just say AutoZone in its entirety needs to step up their game.
