  • I was referred to Milano's by some fellow musicians who have dealt with them extensively. I had been shopping a Martin DCPA4-R for some time and was finally ready to pull the trigger. Since I live in Maricopa, it was quite a drive for me but I didn't want to deal with GC and their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I called Milano's and they had the guitar in stock and put my name on it. I showed up the following Saturday and I knew this was the one after strumming the first chord! The action was well set-up and it sounded big and lively. Paul was knowledgeable and worked a great deal with me; better than I could get anywhere else, including online. Milano's just gained a customer for life for any big-ticket purchases I might make in the future. As a side note, with the purchase of this guitar, they offer two free set-ups within the first year and a new set of strings every month for a year. Can't beat that!
