  • My review is for jcp optical at this location. I've been calling for 2 weeks now multiple times a day trying to schedule an eye exam. The phone rings and rings and rings before going to a weird series of beeps before it hangs up. Guessing because their voicemail is always full. You really can't be that busy all day long. I'm just going elsewhere. Edit: As stated, went elsewhere. 10 months later & I'm still happy with my glasses. Avoid this location for optical. (I do shop online a lot on jcpenney.com and enjoy that)
