  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITTY PLACE!!! This hall has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I made an appointment about a week ago to see this hall as an option for my upcoming wedding. I had let them know that my work schedule is inconsistent and long hours, which might make it hard for me. The lady I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't a problem that she would figure out a time and date for me to come speak to someone. She tells me to come in Saturday at 6:15pm. At first I thought it was a little strange that she would book me in on a Saturday because they usually have events going on. On the other hand it could just of been that it was going to be a dead night. Never the less it was nice of her to fit me in. Saturday finally got here and we went to have a look at the hall. As soon as we got there we realized they did have an event goin on. We asked to speak to Carlos which was the man we had the appointment with. He finally came out to meet us 10 mins later and did not even introduce himself. Not even a hand shake... nothing. He sat us down in his office and made it a point to tell us MANY TIMES how much of a bad time it was to be doing an appointment on a busy Saturday when they have an event going on. Excuse me?! Your staff are the ones who made the appointment!! If they knew they were having an event on that day at that time why the hell would they schedule an appointment!!?? Thats stupid on your part!! That your problem!! Not the customers!! Maybe she made a mistake when booking my appointment. Whatever the case is thats the venues problem!! If anything you should be apologetic to the customer...not making them feel bad. Cosidering we werent even able to see any of the halls as they were being used. The whole rest of the time he was extreamly rude and rushed!! When we tried to ask a question ...He would start his sentence by saying "Well Obviously"....WELL OBVIOUSLY NOTHING! Every hall is different. .they each run things differently!! Stop saying " well obviously" and answer the damn question! If the answer was obvious I wouldn't be asking it!!!! We came here with interest in your hall, to potentially give you money for an event...and this is how you treat us?! Discusting customer service! I do not recommend anyone to go here! I would NEVER give my hard working money to these people. For the same amount of money per plate and A LOT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE go to Le Treport, Le Dome, Red rose convention centre or Oasis.
