  • Just moved from Michigan & wanted to do a meet and greet with this office before making our decision on who should care for our son. I am a first time mom, moved from a small town & checking out a couple different places. The receptionist was SO rude!!!! My husbands new insurance was pending since he just signed up for It not even 24 hours before through his work. This office would NOT even see my son, not a meet in greet... NOTHING. they wanted me to pay $150 to meet the pediatrician!!!! I have insurance through Michigan & they wouldn't accept it because they have never heard of it before. Then the office manager came out and was VERY rude as well. As she was walking away, she made a comment under he breath while shaking her head. What a great first impression.. I was shocked. we moved to the gilbert area for multiple reasons, and word of mouth that "its a friendly" town was one of them.. what a way to start our first week in this town!!!! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE & wont be ever coming back.
