| - If you need a Star Wars Stormtrooper lunchbox, a dashboard Cat Buddha, or Sir Francis Bacon peanut brittle, this is your place. Truly, its impressive how many hilarious, kitschy, novelty and old school items they have. If you're looking for a funny/nerdy/nostalgic gift, look no further.
When you enter, you're drawn into a giant table with miscellaneous one of a kind items like Andy Warhol candy bars, Rosie the Riveter figurines, voodoo dolls and other gag gifts. On the diagonal you'll find TV and movie themed items, like Star Wars, Wizard of Oz and Jurassic Park themed lines. Take the time to look at everything up close, because the amount of stuff this store holds is unreal. The walls are lined with sepia posters and tin signs of musicians, concert posters, and movie advertisements.
You'll also notice a wide array of global candies, which is pretty cool. The extensive taffy bins are fun for the little ones, who will love reading all the tiny signs to create a bag. Adults might love the vintage soda pop shack, which has countless options of old school sodas. The only downfall to this store is that they do not have Rocket Fizz bags, so if you need a gift bag that is not the flimsy plastic one, you will have to buy a novelty one ($5+).
Situated right on the busiest corridor of Euclid Avenue, Rocket Fizz is worth stopping into with the family for some good clean fun.
