  • Ok, what is up with some of these people?!?!? So, I was referred by a friend of mine after being totally mistreated at a dealership. They treated me so well I just bought a second car from them. I'd like to mention Todd Terrieri, my consulting rep. He made me the best deal, no negotiating (I do all my research ahead of time) and had me in and out in under 2 hours. I feel like I'm treated like a fleet buyer when I come into the dealership. Todd was so helpful and informative, he made sure the whole experience was stress free. And here's the best part! Follow up! Yes, a week after he was on the phone making sure I was happy! I'm a customer for life!
