rev:text	My husband and I went here to get our new glasses a couple weeks ago. We have both been to Lenscrafters in the past, but never at this location. First we started by seeing their on-site doctor. After waiting about fifteen minutes after our appointment time, we were taken back. My husband seemed to like the staff member that assisted him, and he told me that she was very friendly. I was taken in shortly after he was, but unfortunately the lady that assisted me seemed to attempt to speed me through the process very quickly, despite my inability to do certain tests properly (hello, puff of air in the eyeball), and I was concerned if she cared about the quality of the results from the tests she was performing on me. The doctor was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable despite being so young, and he even made me aware that I am more at-risk of glaucoma and show early signs. Despite it not being the greatest news, I appreciated him taking the time to explain it to me. The appointment took a total of maybe 30-45 minutes. We proceeded to look through frames. The selection of frames seemed to be geared more towards designer styles and prices. I found very few frames under $200. The ones that were less expensive were either customer returns or were not my style. While I adored the Coach and Tiffany & Co sets, $300-$800 is too outrageous for me. Finally, both my husband and I found a pair of moderately priced Ray Ban frames we liked. When we started looking for someone to assist us, no one could be found. We sat and waited for about another half hour until we found someone to process our purchase. We both got a nice pair of glasses that we really enjoy. For 2 pairs of glasses after insurance and with scratch-resistant coating added, everything came out to be $400. We were advised to return in an hour and the glasses would be done. We went and grabbed lunch and returned. My glasses were finished already, but not my husband's. We ended up having to wait an extra hour and a half for his to be finished. Thankfully we didn't have any other plans. I really like Lenscrafters as a whole. I've been to many other locations and always adored their selection, as well as customer service. I could see some improvements that could be made here, but overall, the experience was decent.
