| - Where to begin?
I went to this establishment knowing what I wanted, knowing my financial situation, knowing my credit situation and I was upfront about it all. I wanted a new challenger but my credit not being so good I knew I wasn't going to be able to get a new one without a cosigner. I was referred by a friend to ask for Will so I went in and did so. Will then pawned me off on a guy named Iran. I told them my credit situation which was I had perfect credit a few months back and got sick and was hospitalized and had to let my credit cards go to I can pay my essential bills like rent, utilities and car payment. Then I lost my job because they couldn't hold it any longer. Anyway, enough of my sob story but, I told them this upfront. They said no problem. They told me I could get a used 2012 challenger for 18,900 told me my payments and let me take it to my dr appt and the paperwork would be ready upon my return. I had also agreed to put 3,000 down even tho I didn't want to. So I leave and go to my appt, come back and Iran comes up and tells me I can't have the car because my credit is no good and that I need 4500 down. I say no way that wasn't the deal. You specifically told me I could have this car. He then starts yelling at me in the lobby in front of a bunch of people saying my credit is shot and that I lied to him. I said what did I lie about. And he said the bank doesn't count overtime until I've been at a job for 6 months and that I lied about being at my current job for that amount of time. And I said I didn't lie. I rounded up. Most credit apps when they ask how long you've been employed the first option is greater than 6 months so that's why I put that. He continued to yell and told me I need to pick another car. When I asked him why he was being so mean he said because I wasted his time and that he's not being mean. I told him I was going elsewhere to find a car and he says fine then go. So I was headed over to the Toyota right next door and he tells me those are his cars too and that he has to show me. So as we walk over and I'm looking at the cars I didn't like any and he continues to put me down about my credit and tells me I need to just pick something already. So I left. I don't know what kind of company allows people to speak to customers that way. If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have a fucking job ya jerk, remember that!
The next day I had found someone with amazing credit to cosign with me so I returned to this place because they had the exact car I wanted and I spoke with Flo before I came in and told him what happened and told him to keep Iran the hell away from me. I went in knowing just what I wanted and Flo delivered. There was another gentleman that helped me and I'm sorry I don't remember his name but you guys were so great and I truly appreciate you helping me make this happen. I couldn't be happier with the car. The service I received when I returned was excellent and I'm very very happy that something has finally gone right. After my accident things were just continually spiraling down and these guys really helped to bring some happiness back into my life.
But, Mr. Larry H Miller I hope you read your comments because I'm telling you right now Iran is a problem. He has the worst attitude I've ever seen in a salesman. You almost lost a 44,000 dollar sale because he was an asshole. That's money out of your pocket. I'm sure I'm not the first person to complain about him. You may also like to know that on the first test ride all he talked about was smoking weed and how he was so messed up at work and paranoid everyone would know. That's the people you want working for you? I'm a customer I should be valued and treated with respect. Period.
Flo and persons name I forgot (I'm so sorry I'm bad with names) thank you two so much for making this happen.
