This review is based entirely on the appointment-making process and interactions I had with Carolyn, as this group was so difficult to work with that I ended up having to find a different dentist.
I contacted them about making an appointment, and at first they responded very quickly. I was really impressed. They asked what days/times would work, and I got back to them just as quickly. A MONTH later, I still hadn't heard back. A simple "We don't have anything right now, how about next month?" Would have sufficed, but I got absolutely nothing.
I e-mailed them again, and got no answer. Finally I e-mailed them a 3rd time with a simple (albeit a bit passive-aggressive....I was really annoyed) "Hello?" Within HOURS I got a response with a single open appointment option at the end of the month and with no explanation for why they ignored me. I would have taken the appointment had they apologized or even acknowledged that the process took longer than it should have, but there was neither.
I'm sure that they are great dentists, but it's hard to think about that when they treat potential new customers so poorly.
