  • Be careful on the "specials", they are a hook to get you moved in. I got a space in November 2016 and the rent has gone up twice. It went up a 2nd time this June. They send you a postcard informing you of the upcoming rent increase. I had used this place when I first moved here in 2000 and had a great experience, that is why I came back. Just be careful and I would ask what is the expected rate increases? Once a year seems too much, especially since there is no additional service offered.
