  • The staff has to be the most miserable, unfriendly, unprofessional staff in all my years of attending or being in events. I would never recommend this place to any one unless you love being disappointed. The estate is beautiful but the people running it are the worst than I could have ever imagined. The bridal suite upstairs was extremely uncomfortable. It was hot and disgusting. Elaine needs to be a tad bit more professional especially when people are spending so much money on the most important day of their lives. She needs to learn how to talk to people as well as the rest of the staff. I guess they don't get paid to smile. Unorganized. Rude. Unprofessional.
