I had a very solid experience here over the last few days, working with Mike Phongsavath in the service department. My car started acting up and Findlay was open Saturday afternoon and were able to see me right away - no waiting.
They gave me a free rental (brand new Corolla) for the week that they had my car. They fixed my issue, and Mike spent several hours total (both in the dealership and on the phone) during the week answering all my questions, talking car maintenance with me, and generally being a very friendly, chill, and up-front guy.
I'd definitely come here again if I have any car issues in Vegas.
