  • We are very happy with everything and everyone. Our AC went out Saturday morning and we did an online search and L V AC came up with great reviews. We called and was able to get someone out that day. He showed up early, friendly and professional. I was given 3 different options to choose from, of course we went with the least expensive choice. The unit was drawing about 118 amp and it was making a funny noise. The Tech did a rewire pack which dropped the amps big time but with the broken bearing it required 60 amp to get it started. The Tech wasn't happy with the bearing and called out his boss to see if there anything more that could be done? The owner shows up about 20 minutes later , keep in mind that he was home and it about 5 pm. Steve went on the roof about 10 minutes later he gave us the options. 30 year old unit it's on its last leg, he could put a band aid on a sucking chest wound? The wife and I decided to get a new AC unit and Steve sat down and asked a ton of questions to ensure we made a great choice for our home. Steve even offered us a hotel room for the night because the house was so dam hot. We get a call the next morning and they would be out by 11am and of course they show up early and there is Steve the owner knocking on door. I would recommend L V AC to family and friends
