rev:text	I will start by saying I've stayed at several five star resorts in Vegas, and I keep coming back to Bally's. I recently stayed in August 2017. The location is the best, right in the center of the strip, directly across from Bellagio & Caesar's Palace (walking distance, easy walk to view the Bellagio fountain show). There's now a Starbucks on Bally's property which we loved and frequented often! And a Giordano's Pizza which was perfect for carry out. I loved the Dole Whips Hawaiian ice cream place, too. New shops added outdoors (Alex & Ani was the highlight here), and very easy walking distance to Planet Hollywood, connecting inside to Paris Las Vegas makes it easy to grab a crepe or visit their casino /restaurants. The pool at Bally's the best!!! Very large with a deep end (which I like), crowded but such a large pool can accommodate such large crowds unlike when I stayed at some nicer Vegas hotels and couldn't even move or breathe near the overcrowded pools. Towels & chairs are also plentiful, again a rarity in Vegas. DJ plays music on Fridays & Saturday's. We had a ball. The restaurants at Bally's are not that great, we went elsewhere for food (other than Giordanos and Starbucks which were great), however the mentalist show at Bally's was awesome!!! Highly recommend. Our rooms were clean, and it was very quiet all four times I've stayed here. The walls are not paper thin as others have stated in their reviews, I've heard more noise at other hotels. We had a great stay, staff was very pleasant and helpful. And not to mention a cheap Uber to anywhere in Vegas, being in the center of the strip.
