I made an appointment a week in advance for brake service. I brought my car in at the appointment time on a Saturday morning. I was told that since this was my only means of transportation that there would be a request to prioritize my service & call me on my cell phone. I had an out of town guest with me waiting. We were told about two hours. After waiting for 3 hours, I was told that they were just starting because they didn't have brake shoes in stock and had to wait for them to arrive from across town! I got no call about this situation. If I had then I would have rescheduled. I was told an additional hour! I didn't even get an apology. I won't be returning. Period
