Firstly, this was booked 3 months in advance - they are THAT busy!
Absolutely deserves 5 star for details to props, environment, and the live actors. Granted, the building itself has tons of history, so you are immediately immersed in the setting as soon as you step in with little work on their part. The puzzles are big puzzles which are very interactive and fun.
The only thing I'd say is that while the room and space certainly accommodates a large group, but usually no more than 1-2 people are at each puzzle. As a result, we've gone through rooms where I haven't had a chance to even look at all the puzzles. I miss them entirely and wish I had time to go through them.
It's very pricey as an escape room but i'm glad I tried it. Though I would not pay again for the other room simply because of the price.
