We ate here to celebrate the life of my husband's grandmother after her memorial service. The food and service did her proud. Loved the miso gratin oysters, and my husband put his steak in his top five restaurant meals. Didn't love the salmon, it had a lot of contrasting flavors (grapefruit, olives) that just didn't come together. We dined near the end of the evening and our waiter discreetly topped up my glass to finish up the bottle of wine. Dessert was amazing, the tarte au sucre was a polished version of the Quebec classic, and we could have eaten an entire box of their perfectly poached pears.
