  • Really bad service. Came in as a first timer and walk in, found them on Yelp too. I just wanted to trim my hair tips so simple. I signed in and took a seat. I noticed people that came after me kept getting called, they didn't have an appointment either. I asked if I'm going to be next and she was really rude too, said my name had been highlighted already. I was there for 45min and nothing was done to my hair. I guess they didn't want to give me service or want my money. I'm going to trim my own hair now because of them. They need better client service. Will never recommend this place.
