  • Such a disappointing experience. The inside is nice, clean and spacious, but the quality and service is poor. I came in for a mani/pedi. The technician giving my pedicure didn't give me any options for pedicure type, giving me an "express pedicure" which was so bare bones that my heels were rough, jagged and in worse shape than when I came in. During the manicure, the other technicians who didn't have clients carried out loud (and often crass) conversation right next to my station, and frequently distracted my technician with (non-work related) questions and offers of food. And in the drying process, the top coat they used bubbled up and gave an unfinished experience, making me think it was low quality product. And on top of it all, the whole thing cost over $50. I won't be back, and would recommend anyone else looking for relaxing, quality experience to also look elsewhere.
