  • The price is great; the work is OK. Gel mani is $20. I was pretty happy here for the most part, even after four or five visits. But after the first visit, the nail tech started using the Dremel drill, not just to rough-up the prior gel for the soak, but to completely take it off (instead of soaking it off). This saves the nail tech time, but it eventually thinned my nails (and they have always been quite thick). So much so that they starting breaking off and chipping off at the ends. I tried explaining it to the nail tech, but there was the typical "communication gap." Rather than further risk my nails while trying on repeated trips to get the tech to modify her behavior, I just moved on. I was pretty pleased with the service/product otherwise ... and I thought the price was outstanding for the overall quality of the work. And the manager was always polite and friendly with me, so I am a bit surprised he sassed back in response to the negative review posted at 4/28/2017. It seems out-of-character with the person I observed. Try this place out; your own experience could easily be flawless.
