  • *update* Corporate responded to issue and refunded money promptly! Shopping at Costco and there is a sparklett vendor greeting us with a smile. Knowing how great Costco products and customer service is, I said hey, Let's do this. What a big mistake! They don't deliver the correct amount of bottles per month, even after contacting them! Want to cancel? Good luck. I called to cancel, and they said they would come the next day to pick up the empty bottles ( my normal delivery day) and return my deposit. Nope, they didn't show up and 2 weeks later still a no show. I just want to close the account and be done with them.
