  • Went in for a tire rotation & balance. They used to automatically include the tire balance with the rotation, so I just asked for a tire rotation. After they were done I asked if they balanced the tires (which they didn't since I didn't request for it). Instead of sending me on my way, Andrew offered to do the balance and took my car back in right away. Andrew had a great attitude and was very nice about it. Awesome customer service here! Thanks guys.
