  • Rarely answers calls during business hours, when I left a message no one responded, left an email and they disregarded, management always different, when you have questions expect no response, maintenance changed our washer to another used washer that messed our clothes up. Extremely disappointed. Highly not recommended. Been paying my rent timely and lacked so much customer service. I'm extremely upset and disappointed.
