  • I came in the morning as a walk in and told the wait was 60 minutes. They said I could make an appointment online to avoid such a long wait. I did; I scheduled an online appt for that afternoon at 1:10. I came at 1:05. It is now 1:54, and still waiting. When I approached the woman in the front desk, she said they were 7 patients deep. I asked what the purpose of having an appt, and some other worker told her I should go before the walk-in that was next! They need to be trained better. I made the conscious effort to leave and come back because I am in a lot pain. If I wasn't, I would have stayed.
