  • We were truly in a pinch on a super hot 115° day, and Don from Super Service Cooling and Heating came to our rescue. Our AC was limping along, barely, and we were very concerned about our two senior-aged dogs being inside the house with an air conditioner that could go out at any minute. Thankfully, Don had a cancellation and came to see us today instead of tomorrow. PRAISE JAH! He spent about an hour and a half on the roof with my husband and gave the thing a thorough diagnostic, and I mean THOROUGH. He gave us every single option available to help us, especially since we have a tight budget at the moment. We can't thank him enough for his awesome service and his honesty. I'm glad he gave me a pile of business cards because I'll be sending all my fam to Super Service. They're the best!
