So the first thing the guy tells us is, "we aren't going to repair this or that." I didn't major in physics (and I doubt this guy did either), but if a car rams into the side of you, it's probably going to knock some panels loose on the other side or at the least it could possibly cause a little bending on the other side as the force is absorbed by the car's structure. I just went in for an estimate because my car insurance company told me that it was the closest place. Very "swindling" atmosphere. Not sure if we got ripped off (or more appropriately my insurance co.) but it sure felt like it because the guy was so shady. The work they did was okay. My door still doesn't sound right or close correctly but I just didn't want to deal with these dudes ever again so i let it slide. It looks okay though, but more of a smoke screen for shoddy work.
