  • I love their furniture but their delivery people are incredibly rude .... I had a pickup for a dresser and the delivery guy refused to remove his shoes when in the bedroom (I have newly installed stark white carpet) and then proceeded to ask if I was refusing the delivery in a short rude manner ... my partner and I ended up having to move 2 dressers out of my room and then they moved it from the tile (where he could wear shoes) and they chipped a piece off the dresser while moving it out edit....they have me "courtesy gift card" of 15 dollars after keeping me on hold for an hr and on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes with no apology for the wait time just for my experience...ikea has lost a long time customer
