  • Would not move here again if you paid me to. The previous bad reviews about unprofessionalism, water temperature, maintenance not fixing issues( you literally have to argue and continually put in work orders to be addressed); fees: and broken equipmentI in gym. I could go on but the biggest issue is the unprofessionalism since the new management company took over. They have excuses for everything and unless your a new prospect tenant they have zero regards for your issues. The cost is reasonable for '' luxury apartment '' but the lack of professionalism in the office perhaps due to being underpaid or the pressure of sales makes this a community not to rent from. Your better off taking your business to another more expensive community that cares about the existing tenants. Everyone's experience will be different but this community is heading downhill due to management.
