  • Life Storage intentionally loses your information so they can put a lien on your unit to mark it for auction. They are in the storage auction business, not the business of storing your stuff safely!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are shady and underhanded and they just want to make quick cash selling your stuff. They conveniently LOSE your info- billing records, address, emails, etc. They also have a store policy to not call you when there is an issue with your payment (such as a card expiring that's set on auto pay). This policy of "no calls" however does not reflect the corporate policy. TAKE YOU STUFF SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STORE or you'll end up with nothing.
