  • Very disappointing. They cleaned the carpet to remove dog hairs, but hundreds of dollars later, they cleaned maybe 50% of the hairs (not good for my daughters allergies, we had to remove the carpets afterwards anyway). They cleaned our air ducts ($500+!) and didn't put the air-con door back on probably, 3 days without air-con and a fee to get someone out to fix what turned out to be them not closing it properly. We called to complain about the service and they said they would get back to us... A month later i have given up waiting. Don't use them.
