I've been to this post office a few times and every time I have a bad experience.
I tend to think positive and think that my experience will get better, but it doesn't.
A few times I came here, I have pre paid packages that just needed to be sent out and the line would be so long with maybe 2 employees ringing customers up. With maybe 2 employees just standing around. Over 20-30 just to send out one package is ridiculous.
The last time I came to send out my old phone to Verizon. Which was also a prepaid package. I already had the envelope and the prepaid tag that wasn't taped on. The last time I came in they taped it on for me with a sleeve.. this time she said you need to tape it on, there's tape over there you can buy. Wow, most post offices will tape your slip on your package without an attitude.
Horrible customer service!
