Best sushi I've had in Madison, but it's pricey and tricky to schedule since they tend to be busy but don't take reservations, at least not for small amounts of people. The food however is absolutely great. If you want the best sushi Madison has to offer and don't mind paying for it then by all means this is the place to go. I do like some of their rolls a lot despite what others have said on here. One (the name of which escapes me right now) has srirachi hot sauce and is dang tasty to my srirachi-addicted palate. That said, for more low-key sushi cravings I hit the half-price sushi happy hour at Ginza. Their sushi isn't as transcendently delicious as Muramoto but still pretty decent and the happy hour prices are uber cheap.
