  • I wasn't a big fan of brownies until I had these. These things are great! Not too sweet, very moist, not dry, not too dense. I say they're perfect. I ordered a box for my friend's birthday in February. She swore by them as being the best brownies ever. So I thought I'd treat myself to some and I was equally impressed. They're pricey but worth it. They do make a great gift and the presentation is upscale. On the first shipment, they left out a package of cashews. I emailed Fairytale and within a few minutes I received a response that they were sorry and would ship them out immediately. They didn't just ship out the cashews, they reshipped the brownies also so my friend got twice the amount of brownies which made her very happy. That's what I call customer service. I will use them again for gifts and maybe even treat myself.
