| - Nice decor, fast service, and lots of options on the lunch and dinner menus. I've been here a dozen or more times and have never been disappointed. It's also a must-visit during Charlotte Restaurant Week because they include their full menu, and the food and service are just as good as any other time.
They have a lunch combo with a salad, entree, and dessert. All are small portions but it's perfect for lunch. I love their penne a la vodka and get it just about every time.
If you sit at the bar, they have a few options for appetizers that are not available in the dining room, like their pork belly. I love the way Aria makes this dish, and it's well worth it to sit here at least once to try it! Service at the bar is also excellent.
Some of our favorite entrees are the scallop/mushroom/artichoke risotto, the meat ragu pappardelle, and spaghetti and meatballs. The scallop dish is one of my favorites at any Charlotte restaurant - it's literally BURSTING with flavor.
I'm not a big drinker, but their blueberry martinis are fantastic. I usually get two and make my hubby drive home.
Aria is one of my favorite places for a nice dinner. With consistently good food and service, I always leave full and happy.
