  • I'm visiting from WA, and was fully prepared to spend a good amount of money. Walked into this store was not greeted, then was followed around like loss prevention had a personal vendetta against me. I stood under a specific top I was interested in purchasing for a good 5 minutes, and was still not greeted. Then my boyfriend walked in, who also was not greeted. We immediately decided to leave. Express took your business due to poor customer service, and experience. Needless to say they profited $700 plus on clothing. I'll pay the price for a good experience any day.
