  • This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. A ton of money for a terrible product outcome. I called several days in advance to make appts for a bride & bridesmaids of a wedding party. Over the phone the staff was kind and helpful and had no problem arranging time for 5 ladies to get pedicures and gel manicures. The day of, it didn't seem they were prepared for us and we didn't all get to sit together for pedicures even though some of the chairs were open. For me personally, my toe nail was cut down too far and the nail tech didn't notice how far she had gone. For the bride's gel manicure she chose a unique nail finish that started to chip immediately at the nail bar! Instead of just re-doing it, her nail tech added more layers of gel till her nails were huge and again they chipped! At this point he blamed her for her color choice. She asked him to redo it with a different plain color and he did and then cut the skin around her fingers where the other color had gotten messy and he made her bleed! The response from the tech and his manager was defensive and blaming which was made the experience even more uncomfortable! To top it off my own gel polish was pretty for 2 days- then started chipping as well! This was an expensive visit that was plain terrible. I would never recommend it.
