  • I'm normally very easy to please but this place was a total disappointment. Duke was contracted by the baseball league that 2 of my boys play in. When we received the team and individual pictures were a joke. First of all, the backdrop was a neighborhood under construction. We're standing right next to 2 beautiful baseball diamonds freshly raked and chalked for a game, which would have made an amazing backdrop for the photo's but for some reason the "professional" photographer opted for a construction zone instead. FAIL! Then, when the pictures arrived, the envelope accurately had my younger sons name on it, however when we opened it, it wasn't my boy in the picture! It turns out everyones pictures were wrong. FAIL! Then, my older boys pictures arrived. When we opened it, it was my boy in the picture but it was totally blurry and the way they positioned him for the individual picture was totally unnatural. He looked like he's never held a bat in his life even though he's played baseball for 7 years. FAIL! When the league reached out to Duke to rectify the situation they made a half hearted attempt and said anyone who was not happy could bring their boys to the Tempe studio for retakes. Why should I have to drive to Tempe to have pictures retaken? FAIL! To add insult to injury, my wife sent a private message to them on their Facebook page (nicely) informing them of the problems we had and they didn't even have the decency to respond. In my opinion, this company ripped us off and made no real effort to resolve the problems. I took my own pictures and printed them up and they were far superior in quality and content than what Duke Photography delivered. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like being ripped off and ignored. I would totally rate Duke Photography a big fat ZERO except Yelp requires i give them at least 1 star.
