  • I bought a brand new Xbox one and it was broken right out of the box. I called customer service and they didn't help me at all they said there's nothing they can do to compensate for the inconvenience. I had to wait three more days for another Xbox. I should've bought a PS4 worst customer service experience I have ever had before! The only reason why I rated this a one star was because the system is pretty fun! It won't let you choose 0 stars, other than that I would have rated it zero stars.
