  • I called to have them come out and hook up internet because obviously they make it sound great with the no contract, price for life and cheaper than my current cox internet. So, I have a scheduled 8a-12p appointment...well by 1pm no one has showed up, I call and they say your tech is running behind...ok, was anyone you g to call and tell me that?! Well no one ever shows up! So, I call and reschedule, again no one shows up! So I call and they tell me "oh your tech is to busy today and won't make it" again...was anyone going to call and tell me this!!?? So now I have spent two days just waiting for them and I wanted to get it connected before my new cox billing cycle. The agent asked if I wanted to make an appointment for a month out but I don't think $15 is worth the awful customer service they offer!
