  • Well I've taken my car here at least 3 times... each time there's always something that goes wrong. The first time they didn't rotate my tires with my oil change. The second time they gave me a price for a tire and when I went to pay they tried to charge me way more. Today... the third time I went in for a oil change and the guy Nate tried telling me that I have to get full synthetic. According to him any car from 2015 or newer has to have it. I then called my husband and he said that wasn't true. I went back to Nate and told him I wanted the regular oil change... the same kind they have done before. He got an attitude and was so rude about it. I guess he got mad that I caught him trying to up charge me. My husband then met me there and he went to check if they actually did a tire rotation this time. Haha I guess we were expecting too much. We went in to pay and asked them if they did the tire rotation even tho we already knew the answer. Nate said they did and when we told him we had just checked and they weren't. He pulled up papers saying that when tires are too damaged that they don't touch them and that we need 4 new tires. Big lie! We told him this would be the last time we brought it there and he laughed it off... took his sweet time getting our papers and still was very rude. We checked the tread on the tires after... put a quarter in it and the tread went above the president's head. Yep! We need new tires huh? Big no!! It's funny that they have a sign about trust in their lobby when all they do is lie. Never returning to this location! Save your time and money! Go to somewhere that won't try to take advantage.
