  • Jim was very pleasant over the phone and text and got me pricing very quickly which I really appreciated. We setup a time for him to come over the following day and rearranged our work schedules to accommodate him and unfortunately he didn't show up nor respond to any messages after that. I have to question Paver Layers overall integrity if they can't just tell me they don't want the job instead of being a no show with zero communication.
